Thank you for your interest in a NurseCruise Event! Our goal is to provide a seamless, enriching, and unforgettable experience. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Cruise Booking (Travel Portion)

Cruise bookings, accommodations, and travel-related services are subject solely to the cancellation and refund policies of the cruise line.
NurseCruise does not control or manage cruise fare refunds.

To cancel your cruise reservation, please contact the cruise line or your travel agent directly. Refunds or penalties will be based on the cruise line’s specific policy and timeline.

NurseCruise Events (Educational Component)

The educational and professional development portion of NurseCruise is managed independently from the cruise line. Refunds for this portion are governed by the following tiers:

If NurseCruise Cancels the Event:

100% Refund of the educational portion
OR Full credit/voucher for a future NurseCruise Event

If You Cancel (Participant-Initiated Cancellations):

More than 90 days before event start date:

100% refund of the NurseCruise educational portion
OR Full credit/voucher toward a future event (valid for 18 months)

60–89 days before event:

75% refund of the NurseCruise educational portion
OR Full credit/voucher toward a future event

30–59 days before event:

50% refund of the NurseCruise educational portion
OR Full credit/voucher toward a future event

15–29 days before event:

25% refund of the NurseCruise educational portion
OR 50% credit/voucher toward a future event

14 days or less before event:

No refund
BUT 50% credit/voucher toward a future NurseCruise Event (case-by-case consideration may apply for emergencies with documentation)

Important Notes:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to heatherfenton@nurse-cruise
Credits/vouchers are non-transferable and must be used within 18 months
Administrative fees may apply to rebooking or transferring credit
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect both your cruise and NurseCruise investment
